Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Items that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned.

If we have agreed to cover the return shipping costs, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
